You have to arrive quite intense into a monoku, I think chasm is a good word for that haha x

Everyday wonder about my role .From the initial choice made to what about me drew this energy into my life.Learned alot,still much to fully digest ,sort,or puke up .Too rough? Some days are like that aren't they kid? Usually after a period of repression.Eventually I realized the loss I was mourning was me.Step one in recovery,know thy enemy .

I'm probably on the other side of it again Vickey - it's all settled down and I only vaguely remember what all the fuss was about unless I read back on my poems. 21 years in with young children so I'm not realistically exiting at speed. I'm just going to see what a bit more time tells me x
