Murder a Memory

Memories are with us every day from our very early days of life some of them we would love to murder cut them off mindfully by your knife Although many memories are positive and for them give thanks to God but they're some you want to murder use God's weapon of His divine sword Ever wonder how the mind remembers all these memories within all that's you every day so many more comes our way our capacity is unending whatever we do But among these memories mixture a number you want to be rid whatever it takes, kill them at root even some from when I was a kid (I have written this after thinking of the bad memories we all would love to get rid of and how they can haunt us.)

Oh wow I like why you wrote this Gordon. We all have memories we want to murder, but to kill them at the root is the best solution. Wise and wonderful write. hugs and blessings Jennifer.

Hi Gordon, Well said and well done. I can relate to your poem a lot. I have bad memories that I most definitely want to murder. I agree one must kill these bad memories with the sword(word of God). Thanks for sharing this; I needed to read this today. This is going straight into my fav collection. Have a lovely evening and weekend;-) Alexis
