Laura, this could apply to so many situations. There are many people and realms that hurt and not enough ointment available to heal it all. You write with brilliant clarity, empathy, and purpose. Depending on how we who have influence choose to live and interact with the world, many would see better outcomes and peace might just come to all of us on this side of life, which I believe is all there really is to experience. BTW, this is such an interesting space...many views and it does make me smile.
