The dèeds and misdeeds of ole man wise,
Piddled in a bottle not to catch flies,
With just a splash of Ainaseed,
To kill the smell of piss indeed,
Sandy Blight surprise.
The Mucky eye cure if you please,
6 pence an iodine bottle eases,
Just a yellow jaundiced look,
Swore by old man Featherchook,
No Mucky eye arises.
.......true story about what happened in 1936 when the Wise guy sold his piddle at Dirranbandi in little bottles. People coming to Dirran from Cobar were the buyers because of the dust storms in that area...
