Mrs Claus Saves the Day

Poor old Santa caught covid nineteen 
Doctors ordered him to quarantine
Along with the reindeer 
Mrs Claus tested clear
Santa pleaded to have the vaccine. 


But something strange that wasn't forseen 
Santas beard started turning bright green
Rudolphs bright red nose too
Changed to brilliant blue 
Not what you'd see on a Christmas scene. 


Mrs Claus stepped in to save the day
With Google maps to show her the way
And for that mammoth task 
She put on a face mask 
And hired Pegasus to pull her sleigh.

You do wonderful work with the execution and play of the limericks. I adored the theme which is why I turned to this particular entry. I will return soon. My family is planning on getting together tomorrow and we plan on eating out. I do have some fear about going out with the numbers getting worse but I am sure they will have spacing with the tables, etc. We will wear a mask to get to our table so hoping all will be well.
