Mr Rooster

Good morning Mr. Rooster
crowing so very loud.
Standing on your perch looking
so very proud.

The hens are now cackling to
your sound,
Please get down.

To wake us up is so very neat,
but this morning Sir,
all I want to do is sleep.
Silence would be sweet.

because your up moving around should be instead: because you're (you are) moving around? a mistake many many people make!

This Sharon is surreal --- It reminds me of the time I use to raise chickens---I miss it---I had some beautiful roosters, and one white Leghorn named Buba--- he always tried to stick me with his spikes---I'm not sure what his problem was, but I would feel something hit my leg, only to look down and see Buba lying on his side struggling to stand up---he must have seemed pathetic to the our chickens but for me is was a great laugh. Take Care

Very funny, Sharon. My neighbor has a rooster, I'd love to strangle. I can relate:)
