Moving Pictures - Primitive Production

Bent down blue in prismatic fashion refracted in reflection mirrored in sight flames flicker and my mind twirls round and round with an image seen dancing with the flight of the flame absorbed in defiance of the perceived sane Primitive pictures bringing about motion fauna at play in the peaceful meadow the cobalt sea submerged out of focus and imagination is left to wander about dwelling through caves of thoughts hidden a production of an indescribable landscape Painting colours dipped religiously in red and white conceive the inconceivable emerging from the light

I read your reply to Charmaine, and now I read your poem differently. This is so craftfully done! I've seen that once, those first moving pictures, and how it was made and performed, so awesome. Really, really beautiful my friend

Lovely poem, I thought close to what Charmaine thought, and very curious if I gathered the true meaning of this fine write.

The dipping colors religiously in red and white..Somehow made me think of a red and white maltese flag with the cross on it :)...Dont know why my mind went there..Love the image you put on my mind..Tim.

You are very close with your thinking...The red and white represent the papal colours that thought finding evidence the earth was older than the Bible states was blasphemy. The moving picturres were 35,000 years old.

Very abstract and very cool Tim. I like the overall feel of this, it leans in a nostalgic direction.
