Mournful Grove

A whole life drowns so deep
in crowded pitch black shadow
Everything becomes black, no green,
brown or even yellow
There the twigs lie uneasy
with a blanket of dreary fronds
There the wind hums a melody
of mourning song
There..
In mournful grove
No life dancing fine in the morning
for losing glow
The whole day dies, no cheer,
smile or even joke
There the mirth's melted, pulled to pieces
by the utter cutting notes
There all hope falls off in heaps
of soulless and far tomorrow
There..
In mournful grove

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
