However, on a note of gratitude..this brings back memories of when I fell and broke my hip. That was a nightmare plus months in reha. I can tell you I am more than careful in moving, Sitting, etc. Ever since!)) well a week to heal For a sprain. Thank you, Lindsay Panagiota x

I was, till I just looked at my right ankle. It's swollen, I tripped last night and was lucky to fall on a soft chair. I don't think it's broken. Will raise and ice it. It's feels funny to walk on. I twisted it but had no pain. My daughter will be here soon. Gee, the fallen Panagiota! This is kind of a fun poem. More to come. Thank you. Panagiota X
