moonbeam

Listen to poem:
The moon casts a bright beam of light in the night, across the sea, to highlighting the beach and waves, with a shiny search-light swarm of glitter, alight. Awaken by the moon's sneaky peek between the clouds, the waves ripple and stipple to the moon's smitten blaze, as the beach lies deserted, deprived of gaze of crowds. The peace and quiet keep slumbering sleepers asleep. denying the picture-postcard scene, the praise it deserves, as a snapshot image to cherish and keep.
