Moonglow Mid-Autumn
Mid-autumn moon
In the night sky,
A luna noon
With aura high.
Moon cakes and tea
As we sit here,
Moonglow tells me
How wonder cheers.
Lanterns now sway
In windy breeze,
Children at play
Feel frolic squeeze.
We gather round
This moonlit night,
Feel joy now ground
Our pure delight.
By this lake side
The moonrise shines,
A skyline tide
Of clouds float fine.
Laughter and fun
As hearts feel light,
Share a good pun
In happy flight.
Mid-autumn moods
Shape kinship grand,
Each feels the good
Spread joy's sweet span.
Old pavilion
Tells of deep poise,
Moon companion
Echoes fond choice.
