Moon Light
MOON LIGHT
Full Moon delight
flooded, mesmerized me,
spreading romantic yearnings.
Torn pieces of cloud
floating on tapestry of stars - twinkling sky.
trying to hide Moon time to time.
Maroon Moon looked shy
amidst silvery shiny sparkling polka dots
Yet illusive pulling pearly passion
igniting dreamy dormant desires.
Forgotten love of bygone days
reminisce, repent to sigh.
Sleep fled gazing at
mystic majestic modest
Moon. Me turned to be lunatic.
Wondered, enchanted
by slight ridiculed smile on face of Moon.
Startled! You winked posing frolic fun.
