Moon Lady
Moon lady dancing down the stream,
Lighting up my room,
Lighting up my dreams.
The first to see me up so very late at night,
Helping all my wishes,
Helping all my frights!
Whispering pale grey songs,
Sending messages along my way,
Sending curious thoughts that will not stay!
Moon lady fades with the day,
Sunlight coming in,
Sun rising fast.
Moon lady gone for now,
Only memories will pass,
Until the next month rolls on by.
Moon lady what did you see?
Moon lady come dance with me!
