Monopoly - As In Life

Some games are just for fun. Others make you feel competitive. Monopoly, for instance: it takes a lot of your time. I’m someone who hates wasting time. Time is money; in Monopoly, money’s not real. Still. . . . losing is time lost. I played the game with aggressive siblings. More about good luck than strategy, it was something I came to hate. Now when I’ve lost all chance at just one “monopoly,” I still have some say; I simply take myself out of the game.

I just bought A Monopoly game that you play on your computer, and i can relate to this poem, it like life sometimes takes a long time to complete it the game like life drags on and on. until life is over and we wonder where it went. a great piece you wrote, enjoyed it, good luck in the contest.

oh yes thank you for reading and commenting on Skies Cloudy. I never lived or ever been to Seattle, but I know that it rains a lot there, which also means that it has to be cloudy a lot.
