Misty Eyed Prayers
Misty Eyed Prayers
Written: by Miracle Man

My prayers for the lost,
oft seem feeble in expression.
As I pray for release,
for some lost heart’s transgression.
That scaled eyes would open,
to Jesus, the only way.
Not putting salvation off,
for another opportune day.
For the pale horse comes for each,
like a thief in the night.
Will eternal life be punishment,
or a Heavenly flight?
I often shed tears,
for a non believer of God’s precept.
But for weeping, I feel no shame,
For I’m reminded, that Jesus wept.*
*John 11:35
Jesus wept.
