Missing Pie

My
mother's
apple pie
straight from oven
smiling memories of her warm kitchen
frowning, the pie had disappeared from view
in the tree house
three bad boys
eating
pie

missed the contest but I thought Id post anyway
true story..frowns soon turned to laughter
especially my mother's

Dear LNC, our mothers could have held an applie pie competition. It never lasted very long and she often baked another one each day. Great tetractys! Sorry you missed the contest. I will be out at a movie this afternoon, but let's talk soon. (Don't think you'll need boots -- LOL) Love, Carolyn
