Mindfulness
Mindfulness stirs within my brain;
Ignites awareness to take heed.
New consciousness makes very plain
Direction and concern will lead
Forethought and grasping to advance,
Unite and form a watchful stance.
Likewise, assure attention's chance
Nurtures enthusiastic care.
Eagerness to observe, procure
Solicitude, with thought, prepare,
So strengths of mindfulness endure.
