Millions of Miles
millions of miles on earth I roam
with years behind me, the dust is gone
from Nepal, Dublin, the Caymans to Rome
millions of miles on earth I roam
no candles burning, no place to call home
a loving heart, now empty I groan
millions of miles on earth I roam
with years behind me, the dust is gone
millions of miles, I reap what I've sown
with life behind me, time has withdrawn
my past an echo, a whispering dome
millions of miles, I reap what I've sown
my path in weeds, the land I comb
long past my prime, lost youth and brawn
millions of miles, I reap what I've sown
with life behind me, time has withdrawn
