Message In a Bottle

I'm a buoyant traveler of seas. 
My cocooned message is to whom it may concern 
A fisherman threw me in, and I'm lost; drifting aimlessly.  
I'm riding on the crest of a wave not knowing if or when  
I'll wash ashore. I don't know or care if I'll ever be found.  
I sincerely hope I inspire whoever does in some way

If I were to go far out to sea, I would want to put a message in a bottle and hope it would be found before I died. I enjoyed your poem Edward.
