No Glass Ceiling
Thanks to everyone
Who made me realize that
I alone am master of my destiny
Who showed me strength, gentleness
And the power of determination
Who challenged me to reach beyond
For all the treasures of within
Who taught me life is a playground and
Living means a thirst to experiment
Thank you for having enriched my life
