Melodious Memories
Her violin comfort
Soothes the rough spots
The centers of every gnarly problem turned into some sort
Sweet love knots
In her song
She shares
Her life long
But too full of cares
Piano sonata plays on
She's forgotten how to slow dance
Yet she teaches others how to move upon
The clouds for the next and last chance
Weeping rains fall
Drowning out her whispered recollections
But soon the sheltering wall
Will crumble to find resonate resurrections
She strums until the harp rings
And earthly heart strings
Hum harmony
A stranger hears her little one chant another memorial
"Who is she?"
A whispering musician
A singing magician
A sonnet
Grandmother
