In a black and white world, feathered fingertips caress ebony and ivory keys - melodically forming a myriad of vibrant and vivid hues, diversifying dulcet emotive reflections. In a world of spoken falsehood, expressions that cannot be spoken, aid each truthful touch to narrate speechless secret serenades. For soulmates who choose to listen, minds allure to the grace of mellifluous sentimental symphonies, harmonising hollow hearts through tantric vibrations, gently echoing to soothe sorrowful soundless souls. Rhapsodic pianist strokes satin white skin, tunefully kissing black lustrous lips. Hearts play music secretly establishing spiritual connections. Ivory and ebony rectangles dance in eternal kindred devotion, igniting spirits to whirl to the rhythm of sensual sensations. Last note leads to another healed composition as departing flames of passion illuminate lovers paths. A blank page appears at the end of the song sheet. Tired pianist fingers rest as the mind is absent of lyrics, paralysed to play a melody for its own suppressed heart. Lost, pondering mute tears which fail to cleanse its soul., The Silent One 9 January 2018

"For soulmates who choose to listen" It is always special when that happens. "in eternal kindred devotion" Neat expressions. Can relate to the last stanza. Sometimes a song remains uncomposed - but needs to be played nonetheless, even if there are no ears but your own to listen. Always, Laura

So many contrasting emotions being played in this melodic offering. Do the lovers stay together? Ebony and ivory Paul McCartney and Stevie Wonder great song, living in harmony!

What a gorgeous poetic and musical presentation Silent One. Enthralling, enticing, and I just love the use of the word 'dulcet' and your lovely accents of alliteration just thrill me. A brilliant soul stirring write! Warmest wishes ~Susan

Totally yoser, yoser, yoser and, for me, partially, dictionary, dictionary - yes, a few words I interpreted on context alone, but it worked for me. Just beautiful and as fluid as piano itself can be. (maybe yoser has two s'es and I really do need a modern dictionary right now!) I heard the music as played from soul-deep. All the best ... CayCay

Hey CayCay I am sure you did not need a dictionary for this one.. I thought this was a lot simpler than some of my poems... Thank you for your wonderful feedback..

Yes, sometimes words are just not enough but thankfully that's where music and poetry such as yours, ZZ, steps in and helps us to release pent up tears and kisses. Beautiful...just beautiful. My chest is heavy and my throat is tight as I feel the tears behind my eyes upon listening to this beautiful music and reading this emotional write. Such is its impact upon my heart. You are truly a talent to be reckoned with, dear Z. A special favorite.

WoW! A rhapsodic poetry masterpiece, SO. The last line is a great crescendo ending, the hallmark of most all great poems. Beautifully written w/such emotional brilliance. I stand in awe of your tremendous talents. A jewel of a poem. Love and smiles always.
