Mellow Meditation

~ Mellow Meditation ~ 6/16/2025 To relax, to let it all go, it helps….. ah, so fulfilling. To know, really know, I am enough, just stop proving! To hear the sound of the bluebirds, so busy! The cat purrs on my chest, so great being not in a tiizzy! To not seek world approval for who I really am. Is delicious, heavenly, relaxing, existential jam!

Very clever, QTR! I learned how to meditete snd far more in San Francisco. Were the most incredible day of my life, being aroubd intelligent people whu absoltely made a difference!! There were no contests! That goes nowhete., having others grow and be winners, now that makes a difference ! Pangie,

Hi G~i know that Oct 7th was but the beginning! I dont think most of the world gives a Heil Hitler! In fact gaza sympathets are total fools,l, see them in the streets! Sometimes…times are hectic. But I am under orders to not only meditate but nap as well. I got my new glasses and neither work,Grrrr! Thanks for indicating which line you liked best? It’s 95 degreees here, A/C is on….hope to be back soon. Pangie.)))

Hey John, i did not expact t feel at all lost when my family lleft for a week, as I told Darlene,, I feel like a cloud in the sky that doesn’t know where it’s going. Yes it is a vacation for me of source.. but you know what living alone is like. Hardly any fun., and I feel like I talk to the walls. And was not in the mood to write poetry I am sorry. Pangie

Elena, Since you and the family are gond, it is hard to read or write any poetry, I usually answer phones the same day, but I feel very lost. Pangie
