Melancholic Blues

Oh what a day when nothing goes my way. Woke up in a grog struggle to wake from the fog. Brewed my coffee strong wondered where do I belong? No answer came no one called or spoke my name. The still and quiet garden sought no ones pardon and in the leaves piling high I questioned all the hows and whys. Why am I here all alone only spam calls on the phone. Let it ring any message it might bring. Oh what a day to wander thru autumn displays of color and its varied hues and all I think of is the once me and you. Play a song for me a sad reminder to set free of days long past but unforgotten so sad and blue and feeling rotten. Forgive me, please I'm losing my memory while everything I loved and once dreamed is lost in some primal scream and the only thing I can do is wallow in my melancholic blues.
