Me

I'm familiar with the rain and am at home within the storm I was conceived in a tornado of family pain & the earth shook when I was born I treat everyone the same for in them I envision another me I relate to all though not related to this extended family tree To this world I've given all of me, sacrificing self to find my peace My old self perished with the old world as it was rendered obsolete I pieced together the puzzle you know as me before I walked with a different name I walk with blind faith inspired by what you call the light & I suggest you do the same
