Maze
MAZE
Blindly, I search for the way to your heart.
But you are a puzzle,
An enigma.
There in your garden of Eden,
You have built a wall around you.
I have tried many paths
To find my way through to you;
Turning this way, twisting that way.
I have tried the humour route;
The romance road;
Showering you with gifts.
Even a glimpse of my sinuous body.
But nothing impresses.
And so I remain trapped;
Lost in the maze that protects you
