May Your Words Be Sweet
May Your Words Be Sweet
Her old soul lay on the summer's ground,
Shredded, bloodied on a sandy mound.
~~~~~~~
Words we say have much power.
You can make another heart flower.
~~~~~~~
Or make another soul, quite disparaging.
What god told you, feel free to dishonor
The soul of a sister or a brother?
~~~~~~
God sees and hears all that we pen and
all that we say.
Watch your words, you are accountable to God in every way!
