Marvel At the Great

This morn, I wakened to a treat: A mailbox, one might say, replete With comments gracious, thoughtful, sweet, On our developmental feat. With all the rhetoric of late, All sound and fury, this debate. I’d rather marvel at the great; Perhaps with you, that resonates. I do not fully understand, But what I see is sweeping, grand: A process that is surely planned, Resulting from a most skilled hand. With such fine poetry in play, It could have gone another way. And so with gratitude, I say Thanks for the Poem Of The Day!
