Some resolutions I will make this year. I told my best friends this with a small sneer. My friends know all too well that I'm not one to make such promises except in fun. The first one is that I will always eat each day at least one thing that I find sweet, for  dieting just makes me crave food more. Vow two is never eat stuff I abhor. Those first two resolutions I can keep as easily as doing them asleep. The third one is that each day I will pet my cats. How much easier can these get? I'm sure I could come up with many more - like in the bathroom always close the door or always lick the spoon when making cake. a hundred resolutions I could make!

You're right about eating something sweet, Andrea. Cutting out sweets completely just makes it worst. It's okay to make resolutions that you'll keep, it's kind of like a to do list. Have a great 2024, my dear friend. Hugs, Bill

Very sweet. You are too funny. Now I'm thinking of resolutions I could make that meet your criteria. Not a bad thing to do.

delightful resolutions, Andrea! I agree with eating something sweet every day. I do that...even if it's just one Hershey's chocolate kiss. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, hugs, Sara
