Make Every Day Fun
Sometimes it can be misconstrued
My desire to try to make things light
It's in my nature to want to fix things
But feelings can easily ignite
Emotions are often stronger in some
Than in others, a real known fact
We all want the very same things in life
With little as possible to detract
We're only here for a very short while
Ain't nobody lives forever
Best make the journey smooth as possible
Make every day a pleasure
Idealistic, did I hear someone say?
Better to strive for the top
So if you fall just a little bit short
Amazing how far you got
