Your heart knows the sure way,
Live well your gift of play.
Seize thus the moment here,
Joy awakes your heart's cheer.
Prize the way your tale shows,
Love makes faith and hope grow.
Here is the place to be,
Enjoy your fond story.
Now is the music heard,
Write your own sanguine words.
Magic floods and fills your day,
Work is play on the way.
Be aware of your thoughts,
Glimpse a precious sweet spot.
Feel each moment unfold,
Movement needs hot and cold.
