Lucky Star
Lucky Star twinkling against the night sky
Do I dare do I try too wish a wish upon you
Could you make all my dreams come true
Lucky star I wish for riches tired of being so poor
Lucky star I wish for fame and I wish once more
You know the one whose in my heart
The one I am too shy and clumsy to even start...
If I could just say hello and somehow let her know
She means the world to me
Lucky star could you let it be
Don't want the riches don't desire the fame
I want to wake her each day by calling her name
To have her and to hold her forever true
Lucky star this is what I wish from you
Am I silly, am I a fool, standing alone in the night
Wishing above for true love never do I get it right
A twinkling of my lucky star
And who do I see not standing far
She's wishing upon you too
Lucky star make our dreams come true
She turns and sees me and waves and smiles
I go to her as we stand together for awhile
Our lucky star dims from view
As you kiss me while I kiss you
