loving moments

"loving moments"

always from the start of us
everything entailed love
involving tender touches
one by one safely savored 
under lights of sun and moon

as time intensely waltzes thru
engaged are we with feeling
igniting a million breaths 
only extended to you and me
ultimate is each embrace

yesterday the start of life
soaring far beyond today
yields wondrous gestures 
sensual are loving moments

Sweet lisa, ah what a beautiful and deeply touching and tender write that depicts love and deep connection this is. I am so happy to see you post, as everytime i read your poems i feel a sense of calmness flowing throughout which emanates so much, i love so many lines in this but i love the sun and moon reference, as someone that loves sun and moon in poems i think you do that very well always.your way of phrasing lines gives a beautiful cadence, a rhythmic read that readers would enjoy.FAVE
