Love, love, love

My senses are fragile, I rip out a whisker Aglow is the firefly in my heart 3rd time lucky --- refuse to restart On my foot, rejoicing the blister That stops me from running free. My skin is thick, though I bleed a bit Something I've treasured from the start Is trying to leave, unwilling to part I share the blisters beneath my feet, For he shall never run free. And when the heavens open up to take him in, I'll beg to tag along
