Love In Due Season
Summer kindly changes place
Gracefully, she simmers
A gentle smile on her face
Autumn is her sister.
I am poised, snug with seasons
But sass like summer, pass
Letting me dress with reason
Even winter won't last.
Does time bid preparation?
Since nature's course revolves
Like joy wheels of ups and down
Life is still filled with love.
Look around each Christmas time
There's atmosphere of glee
Making everyone so kind
That, too, should last, agree?
Moon in its place, is with grace
The sun isn't all stern
The stars above will not race
Love each season is learned.
