LOTUS

high above water,
three times far from rotten mud,
which she was destined to own
as her birthplace.
f i s h and f r o g s
that
mocked her, disregarded her,
now hail her:
B r e k a k e k e x - croak, croak;
and
mud, nor fish, nor frogs, nor...
not even water
can reach her, touch her.
