Lost Faith
Today l have lost faith in human nature
Disappointed and disillusioned
Wonder why people behave as they do
Creating mind and heart confusion
I like to see the positives in life
Think and believe the best
Yet sometimes life challenges you
Puts your beliefs to the test
All part of the adventure called life
Deal with what crosses our pathway
Today l have lost faith in human nature
But tomorrow l wake to a brand new day!
