Lost And Found
And if Love were merely
A matter of purchase,
Corner store on every block,
Heart-shaped port for every
Dock --
At a terminal of wings
On every ticket counter
Always accepted sizable Rings –
But great kings have sadly found,
Some rings Slip off, having changed
A round --
Rich man, Poor man, Good man, Thief --
Love neglected~ is love brief.
