Key Verse – Daniel 9:17 Now therefore, O our God, hear the prayer of thy servant, and his supplications, and cause thy face to shine upon thy sanctuary that is desolate, for the Lord's sake.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY SUPPLICATION LISTENER
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who leads me to accomplish virtuous ambition
Thank You for Your covenant of compassion
That brings me to Your mercy and forgiveness for my transgression
As You answer my prayer along earnest devotion.
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who hearkens to me about my need
Thank You for Your commandment of Bible-creed
That causes me to obey Your truths of transformation-breed
As You cleanse my heart toward righteous deed.
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who reveals to me visions of understanding
Thank You for Your correction of discipline for arrogance-bending
That humbles me through Your Scriptures’ upholding
As You strengthen my faith while for You I keep on standing.
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who enriches me in Your blessings’ dominion
Thank You for Your certainty midst confusion and doubts’ union
That establishes upon Your assurance toward Zion
As You rule my spirit above worldly and earthy opinion.
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who ushers me to Your glorious land
Thank You for Your courage with empowered demand
That prospers me to do exploits by Your enabling hand
As You set my soul to enter Your kingdom with salvation’s peace so grand.
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who instructs me by Your Word
Thank You for Your care along Your precious love-cord
That helps me to flourish with Your fruitfulness record
As You purge my sinfulness through Your sanctifying sword.
Lord God, You are my supplication Listener
Who delivers me from trouble
Thank You for Your concern against my flight for vanity-bubble
That calms me down toward Your comfort whenever I stumble
As You awaken my commitment from complaints’ grumble.
