Look, Mom - No Cavities

Copper, tin, silver, porcelain and gold
   Dental filling materials all sold
     Beware of bargains
     From them you should run
If teeth in your mouth you want to behold

Great dental limerick, Gershon. I just wrote a serious dental poem the other day. You have such a good writing range, some humorous, some more somber. ~

So kind of you, Regina. Actually, I'm quite 'home' on the range. ~ Alto-Bass Keyes

I think my dentist needs a new boat when looking at the cost of my crown! Cute limerick Gershon. :)

Sounds like he needs the Love Boat for a trip to Fantasy Island or something, Marikate.

Your limerick is real filling. Good one, indeed.

So true Gershon, and sugar is another we need to run from. :-)

Sugar in the morning, sugar in the evening, sugar in the summertime... Used to be a song. Oh, well...

Pangie, I feel your pain since I’ve been dealing with the dentist lately. Gershon, the dentist made me cry. A shot to the top, then the bottom, then stab stab stab and my eye leaked as I said owww..

Oh, you bring back bad memories. I hated the dentist as a kid and I still do.. I almost kicked my dentist out of the window It was right behind him, and he hurt me and I put both feet to his stomach. It had no screen. It was a wide window, and he almost fell out on Milwaukee Avenue.. I got my first spanking after that. Ouch! I wasn’t a snot but he hurt me. Thanks for the memory, as this song goes. Pangie xx

Heh-heh. Pretty funny. My first extraction - the old string tied to the doorknob trick. I blacked out... I LOVE my dentist now. One of my best friends. Times have changed for the better! :) gw
