Look For, God, In the Little Things
Look For, God,
In The Little Things

Twas in the tiniest drop of rain,
that rested on my window pane.
Twas in a flower, a blade of grass,
that once again I saw His class.
Twas in the tree with leaves so green,
His beauty once again, by me was seen.
In the sky of blue and waters clear,
I'm made to know each day, He's near.
In dew kissed petals of a single Rose,
I'm reminded once again, he knows.
The stars, moon, and sun so bright,
He gave to me for heat and light.
The winters ice though cold it felt,
the mid day sun that caused it's melt.
In snow flakes floating to the ground,
though millions came, I heard no sound.
His presence once again was found,
while listening to a crickets sound.
Then simple firefly with tail aglow,
within my mind makes me to know.
This beauty I see throughout the land,
was not so placed by feeble hand.
While looking about at small and large,
I'm reminded daily that, God's, in charge.
