Longing
Midnight moon - dazzling... lonely
Innumerable stars blinking
Eyes tearful,
Clock ticks,
Heart bleeds.
Cherry blossoms flowering with white splendour...
Sublime sight soothes a forlorn heart..
will be bare in a few days,
Days will pass, months will pass,
And I will not see you.
my heart aches with an unquenchable longing
for a glimpse of you,
for those days... watched the shimmering treetops glistening with silvery snowflakes,
the day... got drenched with pouring rain and splashes from the sapphire waterfalls,
on a boat almost overflowing ... still wished our journey never to end,
the day... gazed at the gossamer melting rays of the crimson twilight,
felt the flavour of a lavender passionate yearning for each other.
Stars blink,
Clock ticks,
Doting sleep whispers a cascade of love gently on my eyes.
