Soul’s light stolen, ego’s the thief It employs thought spirals to bemuse Sans in void of cessation there’s no relief Fears and desires, the standard ruse Mind-body attachment, the cause Subjects pristine soul to abuse If we put thought flow on pause Our luminous presence is revealed We stand here now erect, free from flaws Oh hermit, if we so choose, we may be healed Inner light revealed, nothing concealed 09-April-2022

Very thought provoking write~as humans we sometimes get lost, wallowing in our passions and desires but alas, "Oh hermit, if we choose, we may be healed Inner light revealed, nothing concealed". Beautiful write. :)Paulette
