A judge in danger of impeachment, the supreme court shall litigate. He stood up for illegal rights to deport aliens without trial. Accused of nothing without any proof evoking a 1798 law which was written, to be enacted during the time of a declared war. “Only congress has the power to declare war". Which is why we may be in a constitutional crisis. I thought this video of "Litigation" was apropos for the theme. I'm on the Jury, 2nd to the right

Impartial
litigation is what
sustains democracies
Kangaroo courts are what
sustain tyrannies
Does the judge
represent the rule
of law or the decision
of an autocrat?
Tyranny flourishes
when decent people
do nothing
Those defending
the dictator
pirouette with a
nonchalant indifference
as the tappers stamp
defending their case
for justice with a determined
fierce percussion
With their hands in the air
The jurors must make their
decision, observing, confusion,
is there a resolution?
What shows a judge’s gavel impatience
Ultimately, we the jury are the people
Autocracy or democracy?
