Listen-Listen

Listen-Listen, do you hear it. Winter is over, Spring has been reborn. The trees are filled with nests, all chirping in unison. Listen-listen, the Spring birds are singing. Each has a song to sing, a song for you and me. Each is dressed in beautiful colors, a new coat of feathers adorned. Some in red-some in blue, all singing I love you. Spring gives life it, heralds the coming of mellow evenings and brightly colored flowers whispering to the bees come and taste my pollen, encouraging the birds to hurry up and settle down after a migration of thousands of miles, you must be exhausted and all I can hear is the twitter of baby birds, and mummy birds chirping, who all sing"I love you' Superb poetry, great write my friend. Yes, yes! I hear it! I actually hear Spring... Of course, I'm deaf, and there are 18 inches of freshly fallen snow in front of me to shovel... on top of 22 inches that fell last week. ~ Inch by inch.
