Lips On Lips

if?,
per chance we happened to touch
your hand barely feeling mine

a wisp of air disappeared drew us near
so skin on skin were we

a tornado spun us face to face
and the mildest of earthquakes
shook us and locked us
!lips on lips!, 

if there were a heat wave
drove us crazy, and we
you and i, actually kissed
passionately!

would you?
would you be terribly angry?
if!

Thanks, Maurice, it's a big site, I'm glad you see the inner demons of others. That's one of the reasons, I'm not on here as much as I was at one time. I enjoyed watching the trolls take over... LOL, and nothing happen... :) They left too... I try hard not to be as active... But this week, I am going to make a mark... LOL... Hello, EASTER SUNDAY!!! I'm taking over a certain spot someone else kept warm for me... LOL.... LINDA

I wish I was incredible.... Maurice, you are too kind. If I was half the poet everyone else is on this site, maybe I wouldn't be the most hated on here. I think, most poets hate me because they think my poetry does not deserve to be on top. sometimes I agree... LINDA

That is just people being petty. Your art is where it belongs and you are more than gracious about it. I believe you are loved and admired by many. Jealousy comes with the territory. Having grown up in theatre and as a director I have seen this all too often people attacking the best only because they are the best. Love You Always, Armand
