This moonless night invokes a lonely spell as I behold the sky of midnight blue. Now void of light that moon and stars propel, its deep, dark blanket brings to mental view- the nothingness beyond what stars foretell. Such mystery this eerie darkness holds; I feel the chill of endless cosmic space. Deep emptiness inside my heart unfolds to know this massive earth is held by grace of gravity that nothingness upholds. Yet, emptiness outside our universe, beyond the final twinkles of stardust- may show no stellar matter to disperse. Nothingness- is that all? A deeper thrust unveils eternal light- to God, traverse. No longer lonely on this pitch-dark night; the Maker of it all is in command! I feel the peace of God's immortal light beyond this sense of nothingness at hand- the subsistence of faith within my sight.

God's immortal light does bring peace if we allow it to brighten our path. Congratualtions, Sandra.
