Life's Warriors
LIFE’S WARRIORS
God has a place for life’s warriors, who are down on their knees
Who have as spent their lives sorting out others pretty pleases
No, it’s not heaven that only comes after you have lost the fight
After giving up your life to others who on your soul had no right
It’s a place called “The friendship Café”, where a warrior can rest
Because, those in it know the disillusionment of folk who do test
There is only one you; you are the greatest, sought by wasters
Whose only ploy is to whittle you down; with their cruel erasers
As to disorient you from your given path, so you no longer exist
Now safe; within a band of brothers who your mind can un-twist
Set you back on the road with a choose your friends more wisely
Then of your chosen path; hold on brother, to it far more tightly
