I like that. reading first word or last word only gives you the message. Here's one for you: Hide a different message in occasionally changed middle words - that would be unusual, no? Or did you? now I have to go back and check :-)

Thanks for your feedback. The technique used in this poem removes the first word at the beginning of the line and adds a new word at the end of the line. It's based on an earlier poem ("Life's Arrow"). This approach would probably work better on a shorter text.
