LIFE’S IRONIES
Driving an automatic but still wondering where the clutch is
Wanting to dance but being unable to find your crutches
Understanding Shakespeare but still not stifling a yawn
Realising who was important in life after they’re gone
Having cash to pay the heating bill when you’re not cold
Knowing how to but not being able to when you’re old
